14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@luneradeparis.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you would like to return
The reason for your return

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, preference, or an incorrectly selected item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@luneradeparis.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Additional exceptions may apply where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear.
