Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier disruptions, customs clearance, holidays, or other circumstances. These circumstances do not remove your statutory rights, including rights relating to failure to deliver within an agreed timeframe.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders of ₪650 or more. Shipping costs ₪35 for orders below ₪650.
Any known additional charges that you are expected to pay will be disclosed before purchase. Where import taxes or customs charges may be payable by the customer, this will be explained before checkout.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information using the contact details supplied with your order. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your delivery address. We will try to make the change if operationally possible.
An inability to change an address or stop a dispatched parcel does not remove a cancellation right available under applicable law.
Cancellation and Returns
You may request an ordinary return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
An order may still be cancelled under applicable law after processing or dispatch.

Delivery Problems
If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
