Cancellation fees

For a change-of-mind cancellation, we deduct from the refund a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, where permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation fees apply only where permitted by law. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Submitting this form sends a cancellation notice to our customer care team. It does not automatically update your order or issue a refund. Any applicable cancellation rights are not conditional on our approval.
