Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, sizing issues, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@luneradeparis.com.

To help us evaluate your claim, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Once we verify the issue, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect item selection by the customer
Sizing preferences
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products

Refund Process for Approved Claims

If your claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
